Refund Policy

 

Kampen Tree Supply does not offer warranty on any plants or services. 14-day limited warranty applies only to damaged products reported within this timeframe. This warranty does not cover damaged caused by animals, pests, acts of nature, or improper care or watering. Kampen Tree Supply is not liable for damage resulting from these conditions. All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are subject to the sole discretion of the business owner. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee up to 30% of the original price. Once delivered the customer assumes the sole responsibility of care. Kampen Tree supply is not responsible for maintenance or care after delivery.

 

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES

All purchases made using Visa, are subject to a 3.5% processing fee, which will be added to the total amount at the purchaser’s expense.

 

DEPOSITS AND CUSTOM ORDERS.

Orders of $5000.00 or more are subject to a 25% deposit prior to delivery. Custom or special-order trees are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY 

Delivery dates and times are estimates only. Kampen Tree Supply is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. Full payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Late payment may be subject to additional fees.

 

SITE ACCESS 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure safe and clear access to the delivery location. Kampen tree Supply is not liable to any damage caused by obstructions or unsafe conditions on the delivery site.

 

DISPUTES  RESOLUTION

Disputes or warranty requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery. Kampen Tree Supply reserves the right to resolve issues at its discretion
